If your house sells for £175,000, you would only pay us £1750.

We then take colour photographs and present you with good quality, colour details for your approval

Through our expert surveyors, we can organise your Energy Performance Certificate (required by law, before your property is put on the market) quickly and efficiently.

One of the best ways to generate interest in your property is our ‘For Sale’ board. It advertises for you 24 hours a day and will generate a significant number of enquiries.

Advertising

The internet plays a major role in our marketing strategy. We will market your home on ‘RIGHTMOVE’ and ‘ZOOPLA’ the largest property websites. Details of your property will be sent to buyers in seconds, by e-mail.

We will display your property in the window of our highly visible High Street offices.

Viewings

We will qualify potential buyers before we send them to you or we offer accompanied viewings if you prefer them.

Offers

We will tell you about all offers that are made and we will negotiate with the potential buyers for you.

Once you have an accepted offer on your home, we will proceed on your behalf. We will liaise with solicitors and other agents, guiding you through the sale from start to finish.
